QUALITY CONTROL

 Customers demand parts which are built to print. To provide a foundation for quality, BHI use the ISO 9002 Quality Management System. Our system provides documented procedures to secure your requirements from the first request for quotation, through manufacturing and verification, to the receipt of the product at the final destination. BHI has been certified to the ISO 9002 Standard since 05.25.1999.  BHI's Quality Management System is  maintained by all employees.

  INSPECTION AND TESTING

At BHI, quality is built into the product, not inspected into the product. All employees have primary responsibility to assure parts "meet the Customers' stated and implied requirements." Inspection stations are strategically placed throughout the shop for in-process inspection by the employees manufacturing the parts. BHI has a comprehensive line of inspection, measuring and test equipment.  Records are kept providing traceability of inspection equipment to each production job.  Calibration procedures are maintained for all inspection equipment.
